Except as provided for replacement gifts below, there are no refunds or returns for the goods purchased on the Service. All sales are final.
You may receive a replacement bouquet only if:
- You send us an email at info@occasionsjo.com or a whatsapp message before 24 hours of the delivery time.
- We delivered a wrong item, or if the gift arrives in substandard condition, or if the gift is delivered after the delivery date or never delivered at all. (only if it was from our side, that exclude if the recipient or customer asked to cancel or change the delivery time)
- If the gift arrived in substandard condition, then a photograph of the gift must be attached in your email.
You may get a refund only if:
- You contacted us by phone immediately after making the order (within 15 minutes), or 48 hours from the delivery time.
- If the gift wasn’t delivered from our side. (only if it was from our side, that exclude if the recipient or customer asked to cancel or change the delivery time)
In order to ensure you receive the freshest product possible, we will make every attempt to deliver the specified product. In some cases our florists may need to substitute a similar container or flowers.
Replacement gifts cannot be transferred for value or redeemed for cash.
